RilaNet Privacy Policy

1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how RilaNet (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use the RilaNet mobile application and related services (the “App”). By using the App, you agree to this Policy.

RilaNet is an image toolkit that helps you add watermarks, remove unwanted overlays, compress images, manage EXIF metadata, and organize editing history, presets, and drafts.

2. Information We Collect

Depending on how you use the App, we may process the following categories of information:

Account and device identifiers: a device-based login identifier, user ID, and related session information required to sign you in and maintain your session.
App usage data: product interactions such as feature usage, crash diagnostics, and attribution or analytics events.
Purchase information: App Store transaction identifiers and consumable coin purchase history needed to credit purchases and prevent duplicate charges.
Profile data stored on device: nickname, avatar, coin balance, export preferences, presets, drafts, and edit history saved locally in the App.
User content: photos you choose to edit. Most tools process images on your device. The Remove Watermark feature transmits the selected image and edit mask to a remote image-processing service to generate a result.
Permissions-related data: camera, photo library, and tracking permission status when you grant or deny access.

3. How We Use Information

Provide image-editing features and display results on your device.
Authenticate your session and protect account integrity.
Process consumable in-app purchases and credit coin balances.
Improve reliability, measure attribution, and analyze product performance.
Respond to support requests and enforce our Terms of Service.
Comply with applicable laws and App Store requirements.

4. Local Processing and Network Features

Add Watermark, Compress Image, and EXIF Manager are designed to process content locally on your device. Related outputs, drafts, presets, and history are stored in the App’s local storage unless you export them.

Remove Watermark is the only editing feature that uploads your selected image and brush mask to a remote image-editing service. The generated result is downloaded back to your device. Coins for this feature are deducted only after a successful result.

We do not sell your personal data.

5. Analytics, Attribution, and Tracking

The App may include analytics, including Adjust and Facebook, to measure installs, campaign performance, and product events. On iOS, App Tracking Transparency permission may be requested before using tracking identifiers for cross-app or cross-website advertising measurement.

You can manage tracking permissions in iOS Settings. Declining tracking may limit personalized measurement but will not prevent core editing features from working.

6. In-App Purchases

Coin packs are consumable virtual items purchased through Apple In-App Purchase. Apple processes payment information. We receive purchase confirmation data needed to credit coins and prevent duplicate transaction credits. Consumable coins are not restored across devices as non-consumable purchases would be.

7. Data Storage and Retention

Local profile data, coins, presets, drafts, history, and edited files remain on your device until you delete them, use Delete Account, clear app data, or uninstall the App.
Session and service logs may be retained for security, fraud prevention, and operational purposes for a limited period.
Images uploaded for Remove Watermark are processed to fulfill your request. Unless required for security, abuse prevention, or legal compliance, they are not intended for long-term retention or sale.

8. Sharing of Information

We may share information with:

Service providers that host infrastructure, process images for Remove Watermark, or provide analytics and attribution.
Apple for App Store distribution, payments, and platform services.
Legal authorities when required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security.

We do not sell personal information to data brokers.

9. Your Choices and Controls

You may deny camera, photo library, or tracking permissions in iOS Settings.
You may export or delete edited results from the App where those controls are available.
Leave Studio signs you out of the current session without wiping local editing data.
Delete Account permanently erases local profile data, coins, presets, drafts, history, and saved files on the device, then returns you to the sign-in screen.

10. Children’s Privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can take appropriate action.

11. International Users

The App is intended for users outside mainland China. Information may be processed in countries where we or our service providers operate. By using the App, you understand that your information may be transferred to and processed in those locations.

12. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information transmitted to or processed by our services. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last Updated” date at the top of this page indicates the latest revision. Continued use of the App after an update means you accept the revised Policy.
